Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the specific reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the unused pens or stationery items in their original retail packaging and include a copy of your packing slip or RA confirmation inside.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier of your choice to send the package back to our Canadian distribution center.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
